Candidates who wish to participate in the JAMB examination are required to register online. To register, they are expected to visit the JAMB website and click on Register UTME. Alternatively, they can also visit any of the JAMB registration centres nationwide. They will be required to log in with their Jamb User Id and password, which was issued during their registration for the Direct Entry Form or DE Form. An applicant may also choose to register with a one-time password (OT)

You must go to an accredited JAMB Registration Center with a valid ID, or Passport and the NECO Result slip that you graduated with and upload them to the portal to be passed for JAMB issuance of Form.
