Fashion Nova’s “Women on Top” Initiative

Fashion Nova, one of America’s leading fashion brands, is always on the front line when it comes to giving back to the community.

The company has recently joined hands with a celebrated cultural icon, rapper Megan Thee Stallion. On March 8th, they launched a philanthropic initiative dubbed “Women on Top.” This inventiveness focused on women authorization.

The duo aimed at empowering women through donations and grants to help support women-owned businesses, women’s education, female-focused charities, and organizations, as well as individual women and groups doing great things.

The initiative donated a whopping $1,000,000 to different recipients, who each received $25,000 or more.

“At Fashion Nova, women authorization and ongoing encouragement for diversity and presence have continuously been part of our supervisory principles,” said Founder and CEO of Fashion Nova, Richard Saghian. “We trust the world will be a healthier place when all women are provided the chance to maximize their probable. This program was shaped to give women a superior advantage as they chase their passions,” he added.

These statements show that empowering women has always been among Fashion Nova’s core tenets. March (Women’s History Month) was the most opportune time to run this initiative.

In support of this initiative, Megan Thee Stallion said, “I’m excited to collaborate with Fashion Nova Cares on the Women on Top initiative and be part of giving one million dollars to support women-led businesses and organizations.” She added, “These donations are life-changing and will help women of all ages get one step closer to making their dreams a reality.”

The “Women on Top” initiative was run under the Fashion Nova Cares program, which had earlier seen the success of other philanthropic initiatives such as the Covid 19 relief fund and the Black Lives Matter donation.
